We’re proud to showcase our involvement in the newly completed Byrnecut headquarters, a standout commercial fit-out that blends sharp design with functional performance. In collaboration with PQI Group and Purely Electrics, we delivered a tailored lighting and air management solution that elevates the experience across reception, boardroom, and office areas.

As a company known for precision and innovation, Byrnecut required a space that reflects those same values. The lighting design plays a key role in supporting this vision — clean, modern, and efficient, with a consistent aesthetic carried through each zone of the workplace.

Designed for Clarity, Built for Performance

Every lighting element was selected to meet the dual goals of visual appeal and technical performance. The product mix was curated specifically to complement the architectural features of the space, while ensuring comfort and functionality for staff and visitors alike.

• Recessed Linear LED Profiles were installed throughout the reception and work areas, delivering crisp, uniform lighting with minimal glare. Their sleek, continuous form lines up with ceiling features, reinforcing the design language of the fit-out.

• Track Lighting Systems were strategically used overhead in open-plan areas and circulation zones, offering directional flexibility and architectural impact. These fittings allow for adaptable lighting schemes without visual clutter.

• Surface Mounted Downlights were used to support ambient lighting across transitional spaces and entry points, chosen for their low profile and even distribution.

The result is a cohesive lighting system that supports workflow, enhances spatial perception, and maintains a strong visual identity throughout.

Air Return Integration: ELG Air Fittings

In addition to lighting, our contribution to this project included ELG air fittings with integrated air return functionality. Designed to improve airflow and support A/C efficiency, these fittings offer a discreet and streamlined solution that aligns with the overall ceiling design.

Their flush-mount installation reduces visual noise while maintaining high performance — a critical detail in delivering both occupant comfort and energy efficiency. By consolidating function and form, these fittings contribute to a cleaner, more resolved ceiling layout.
